Follow the following steps carefully
1) Sign in to your google Feedburner Account,then go to Publicize and then Socialize
In the top of the Socialize App you will see the option Add a Twitter
account click on that

2) After clicking on Add a Twitter account a window will appear like the following,provide your Twitter Ac email
and password and click on Authorize app
and password and click on Authorize app
3) After that you will be redirected to Socialize Application,and you will see your Blog posts of your blog associated with your Feedburner account appearing bottom of the Socialize App as you can see in the following image ,this indicates that your twitter account has been added up successfully.
4) Now you customize how your blog posts appear on Twitter,the options are like this
