Some programs of our computer may sometimes hang because of low memory of our PC or there may be some virus infection. So how to get out of this. There might have many ideas to fix such kind of problems but I personally like the one stated bellow. This type
of problems arise not only for low memory and virus infection but also for the errors in your hard drive or may be because of some fragmentation. If you are facing these problems regularly then run the Disk Defragmentation, Disk Cleanup and Check Disk for once on your computer. If you don not know how to perform these operation then follow my previous post on Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmentation.
Here are the steps to follow
1) Press Alt+Ctrl+Del,then go to Task Manager (in case of Windows Xp it will appear
automatically after pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del ) and then right click on the program you want to close then click Go to process

2) Then you will see the process of the program that you want to close selected press End Process
