Attach large files in email messages

You can attach Google drive files and folders in your email. To do this you need some preloaded files on Google drive. Google drive is also known as My Drive. After uploading files to Google drive you are ready to send an email with an attachments from Google drive.

By this method you can send an email with an attachment of size 10 GB, or even more if you have already purchased additional storage plan from Google. You can say this is the most preferable way till this day to send a large file as an attachment. In this tutorial I am going to show you how to attach drive files while composing an email message.

Read the following steps
1) Firstly you need to have some preloaded files on Google drive, which will be the attachment in your email messages
2) Log in to your Gmail Ac
3) Click on Compose button
4) Type the Recipients address and Subject as usual.
5) Now click on the plus symbol available at the bottom of email compose field

6) After expanding you will have multiple options for attaching files in your email message. Click on Google drive icon
7) Now click on My Drive, as shown in the following image
8) Then select the files you want as an attachment and finally send the email.
