How to get the classic start menu in Windows 8

Being a user of Windows 8, we all are probably missing the windows classic start menu. Windows 8 has introduced a number of  features, it offers a clear and fast interface. But most of the people find it complex because they do not have their usual start menus.
What they get is a start screen, but I must say that the start screen is not so bed at all. Because it shows daily news, sports, finance, weather report, maps, travel guides and the windows store too. So it's good. But I don't like the navigation of start screen, I don't know it might be good in touch screen, but when we handle it with USB mouse the navigation is not so comfortable. So one might be thinking of replacing it by the classic start menus.
